  • Installed corner trim (5/4×4 – 5/4×5), overhang, frieze and fascia trim (to match existing), front porch ceiling (Beaded Panel) front porch beam (4/4×10), window and door trim (PVC sill nose and PVC brickmould), using ColorPlus – ARCTIC WHITE Hardie-products.
  • Installed PVC 4/4 or 5/4 material, where necessary, to allow for proper clearances to Hardi-products.
  • Replaced all gable vents with vinyl gable vents.
  • Installed 5 pairs of new vinyl shutters. Mid-America.
  • Installed 6″ Seamless Aluminum Gutters and 2″x3″ Downspouts.
