As professional stucco contractors, we were asked to install a hard-coat stucco system on this old commercial building. We completely transformed the exterior of this building by using a “Master Wall” stucco system. We applied a metal lath over the existing block wall construction and installed control joints and casing bead as required. We then applied a scratch-coat and a brown-coat with a glass fibers mixed into the mortar to give better reinforcement. Lastly a sand-textured “Master Wall” acrylic stucco finish was applied.
